Upcoming workshop

Reclaiming Desire for Sexual Assault Survivors
Tuesday, July 7
11:00 AM MT
You deserve to desire
Desire is not a luxury — it is a birthright.
And it is essential to consent.
You cannot truly consent without knowing what you want, what you don’t want, and what your body is communicating.
This workshop is a gentle, powerful space for survivors to reconnect with desire as a source of agency, safety, and aliveness.
In this workshop, we will explore:
-
The importance of desire for survivors
-
Why desire is vital to consent
-
How trauma impacts desire — and how desire can return
-
Somatic practices for reconnecting with your body’s yes, no, and maybe
-
A supportive space for questions, reflection, and integration
What to expect:
-
Gentle grounding
-
Trauma‑informed teaching
-
Accessible somatic practices
-
Space for questions
-
Choice, pacing, and emotional safety throughout
This space is for you if:
